I wasn’t always into fitness. In fact, I avoided it.

Even though both of my parents were professional bodybuilders (my dad won NABBA Mr. Universe and competed at Mr. Olympia, and my mum won Ms. Eastern USA), I rebelled against the lifestyle. I was overweight, inactive, and eventually reached 120kg before a torn ACL became the wake-up call I needed.

From that point on, I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about training, nutrition, and performance. I lost over 40kg, rebuilt my body naturally with 10+kg of lean muscle, and became stronger than ever.

That transformation sparked my 15-year career helping others do the same.

I’ve coached everyday men, complete beginners, and even experienced personal trainers. The common thread is they were tired of wasting time and wanted a proven path that works in real life.

My coaching combines science, biomechanics, and real-world experience to deliver a hands-on, tailored approach. Every plan is built around you, your goals, your injuries, your schedule, Your nutrition and your lifestyle so it’s not only effective but sustainable.
