SHIPPING POLICY
With the exception of shipping errors, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
LEAD TIME
Please note that shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to freight carrier issues, customs processing, port congestion, weather conditions, or other logistical disruptions.
Freight Delays:
Delays caused by third-party freight carriers or customs authorities are not the responsibility of Olympian Frontiers Group. We work closely with our logistics partners to minimise disruptions, but such delays are unfortunately outside our control.
Refund Policy for Delays:
Refunds or order cancellations solely due to shipping delays may not be accepted. We encourage customers to consider potential transit variability when placing time-sensitive orders.
